Large country house in two juxtaposed houses (185 m2 + 75 m2), which offer 8 bedrooms, 5 in the first, 3 in the second, located on a rural estate cultivated in permaculture of 3.5 ha, healthy air, quiet horizon, no urbanization around. Beautiful terrace and large wooded garden. Countryside views from all sides. Very comfortable garden furniture that is not overlooked. Rustic atmosphere. Barbecues for summer, wood stoves for winter. Electric radiators in bedrooms and bathroom. The space Country house of yesteryear, stone walls and floors, old oak floors. Peaceful environment, spacious rooms, well-stocked dishes, 3 fridges and 1 freezer. The largest building includes 1 large kitchen, 1 large living room with 3 large tables, and 1 very nice sitting area in front of a fireplace. The 5 bedrooms of the large house are spacious, 3 have direct access to the landing, the 2 bedrooms at the corners of the floor are in a row (passage through one of the two adjoining bedrooms). The 3 bedrooms of the 2nd house offer a chalet atmosphere. You have a total of 3 bathrooms (3 showers and 1 bathtub) and 3 toilets. Guest access Parking is available near the buildings on the private access road to the cottages, from a country road. Your garden area is large and without neighbors or urbanization. The rural area covers 3.5 ha cultivated partly in vegetable garden and fruit hedges, and including a small wood sheltering a mini campsite open the two summer months (away from the cottages, without proximity, nor opposite). Your hosts, Régis and Sylvie live on the estate, their house is located behind the barn which separates the space from the cottages. Other things to note In July and August, we rent for a minimum of 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday. You can order in advance the service of a home cook, local products, traditional cuisine or vegetarian cuisine... Several homemade dishes and desserts on order. 24-hour bread and pizza box 1 km away. Medical office and nursing office 1.5 km away. Shops and supermarkets 5 km away (Pharmacy, Super U, Drive Leclerc, Leroy-Merlin shopping area), Hyper Leclerc 10 km away.
