Ideally located for exploring the Tweed Valley Forest Park - walks ,road + mountain biking from the front door. The charming town is well equipped with shops, café , pubs and breakfast can be pre booked locally as well. Well equipped with Bike Store, drying room and laundry facilities. This area has some of Scotlands most stunning countryside. The space The bedroom can be a twin beds or one double bed, with en-suite shower, toilet and basin, and a bedroom door that locks. There is a large comfortable lounge. a kitchen for cooking, and dining room. We are near shops, restaurants , pubs and takeaways so a good choice of food options. and eateries. The two other bedrooms in this apartment will be locked, uniquely you will have sole use of the whole ground floor on this listing for two people. The building has always been apart of the community since its conversion from a Mill and before that a Drill Hall. Guest access Sole use of ground floor ,with large lounge with leather sofas and armchairs, Basic well equipped, kitchen with cooker ,oven, dishwasher, fridge ,freezer, microwave, kettle, tea and coffee. dining tables.
