Detached, Private, Self Contained Little Barn
The Little Barn - Self Catering Holiday Accommodation
Perfect for walkers, Goodwood, National Trust, Short Stay
Description
Fantastic self contained little barn conversion a few minutes from Haslemere and the surrounding villages. Perfectly cosy place to begin or end a walking holiday in the beautiful countryside on our doorstep, or as a short overnight stop whilst visiting friends. The space The Little Barn is a recently converted space which provides everything you need for a short stay. With its own private entrance, it has a comfortably furnished living space with a vaulted ceiling and loads of natural light. Also a sofa bed and wide screen TV with Sky Q and Chromecast, a DVD player, a beautifully finished shower room with large rain shower. The kitchen area has a fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, single induction hob and a Nespresso machine (and a few capsules to keep you going!) as well as all crockery and cutlery needed for simple meals. Please note there is no oven. Breakfast isn’t included as we’d have to interrupt you to bring it over. A small (but very steep) flight of stairs takes you to the galleried bedroom with a double bed and premium bed linen. The ceiling is pitched and head height restricted in the sleeping space. We do allow dogs at an extra charge of £20 per four legged guest per stay. We also ask that you keep them off the furniture and downstairs at all times. There is parking directly outside the property and we ask that you park directly in front of the office double doors to allow other vehicles on and off the driveway. Guest access You will have access to the whole of The Little Barn. It is detached from our family home and we have 3 children and 2 daft Labradors named Ruby and Cricket who will likely be in the garden at some point during your stay, especially during weekends and holidays however they won't be directly next to The Little Barn and disruption will be minimal to guests. Other things to note The Stairs to the bedroom are very steep - there is a handrail but they aren't very suitable for those with impaired mobility. Similarly young children should be supervised at all times. We are in a great spot with the woods on one side but the other is quite close the a busy A road. This doesn’t bother most of our guests and we don’t really hear it but it’s fair to point it out.
