Very modern space. Owner visits sometimes when not booked. A really cool spot. You are walking distance to several downtown attractions. You really don’t need a car and most everything is 5 mins or less walking distance or a trolley ride away. You will be on the historic south main district. You are on the trolley line and mins away from the Civil Rights Museum. You are in the south main, entertainment and sports district. There will be late night entertainment. Please understand that. The space Guest can use the entire house except for 2 closets. The garage is not available. Other things to note Guest should always keep safety first. Keep front door locked at all times. When parking on the street, pls do not have any items in plain view. You are in downtown of a major city.
