If you are adventurous, like to experience unique designs and different styles… this listing will definitely be for you! -This is a tiny and beyond comfortable and beautiful Suit, professionally and uniquely built and designed from converting two common bedrooms into a unique Space. -The bathroom is gorgeous and the space is Narrow, we have heard from two guests that very tall (6 feet and up) and large people might feel uncomfortable with it. -You may at times hear voices although we've done our best to sound proof. -We don’t have any animals in the property and we don’t allow Pets. We love animals and we have decided to not allow pets due to some guest’s allergies. Please note that if you bring your dear pet, (service animals included), a $100 per day, cleaning fee will be charged to us by our professional and strict Cleaning Service (they will gather proof and will charge us), so we will be forced to charge you for this additional cleaning service (same amount). - Lastly, the house and parking space was built in 1950. It was built as a beach cottage, the parking space is not adequate for oversized vehicles. So please consider this when booking a vacation rental in St. Augustine. If you decide to book with us, Remember not to bring or use any bath salts, bubble bath or bath bombs… The tub is made of 100 % Copper and will not tolerate any type of salts.
