Villa der Löwen (no house) - 5km from HH-Ring

We have lovingly furnished the “Villa der Löwen” and hope you will feel at home with us! ⚠️ Important: • You are not renting the entire house, but individual rooms in our private home. • Kitchen and bathrooms are shared, your room is of course private. • No common area available. ℹ️ The number of rooms depends on the number of guests and will be allocated for optimal use. • Example: 4 guests = 2 double rooms, not 4 or 5 rooms. • Single rooms are possible: €35 per person plus Airbnb fee. The space 🏠 Layout of the house: • On the 1st floor, you’ll find a shared bathroom as well as rooms 4 and 5. • On the 2nd floor, there is the shared kitchen, another shared bathroom, and rooms 1, 2, and 3. • A guest toilet is located directly to the right of the entrance. Guest access 🚗 Parking: There is plenty of parking available. You can easily find a spot across the street from our house. Please do not use the parking spaces on our property. During your stay 📱 Communication: Since we work a lot and also have a dog, we are often out and not much at home. However, you can always reach us easily through the Airbnb messaging system or by phone. Other things to note 🎶 Special Conditions – Glücksgefühle Festival: • Minimum stay: 2 nights. • Minimum occupancy: Rooms will be filled to their maximum capacity. • Price: €50 per person per night.
