Very comfortable amenities, to include air conditioning (bedrooms) in this traditional Nicaraguan style beach rancho. If relaxation and adventure are at the top of your list, this is your place. The space -You will have a beautiful tiled roof "rancho" complete with BBQ pit (Charcoal/wood is not provided), hammock's, an open kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove, coffee maker, and dishes. -Both rooms are equipped with mini split A/C units for your maximum comfort. Each bedroom has 2 twin beds and 1 full bed with clean sheets and towels. -There are 2 bathrooms in the house, one of them is shared by both rooms, and the other one is located outside (a couple of steps from one of the rooms) that is used as a common area restroom as well. Guest access -Whole house access. Other things to note -Occasionally you will experience power outage. This happens so often in the area and normally resolved in a timely manner.
