El Topo, Puntagorda, Spain

El Topo is a pretty house in a secluded location just above Puntagorda, in close proximity to hiking trails and the pine forest around Fayal. There is always a nice market on the weekend where one can buy local products. The separate plot is closed with a large iron gate. You can park your car directly on the property in front of the house.   The outside of the house leaves nothing to be desired. There is a small garden and the area in front of the house was laid out with pebbles. A terrace leads around the house. Through the slope you have a unique view of Puntagorda and the sea, in the back stretches the beautiful mountain chain. The covered barbecue area offers a large table with chairs for cozy gatherings. Here is also the washing machine. The outside area is completed by a mobile shower, 4 sun beds, as well as another table with 4 chairs. A large umbrella provides shadows if needed.   The large living / dining area has been lovingly and modern furnished. Each room was given a different color and the decoration matched. There is a small sofa, an order table and an armchair next to the fireplace. The large dining table with 6 chairs completes the cozy living room, where one also likes to spend time when it is outdoors fresher. A large display case offers additional storage space for dishes and glasses. The kitchen is in simple white and is well equipped.   The other rooms are off the dining area. Another small living room can also be used as a second bedroom for accompanying children. The chaise longue can be converted into a sleeping couch (1,40 x 2,00m). Here is also a large wardrobe. The sloping roof creates a homely flair. In the main bedroom with large double bed is the only television of the house (satellite TV, flat screen).   The small bathroom has a shower / WC. El Topo is situated in a solitary location at the end of a road leading from Puntagorda in the so-called Topo del Drago. Not far away are the pine forests around El Fayal and you can go straight from the house to extensive walks. Various hiking trails further north or on the Roque de los Muchachos are announced. Hiking enthusiasts, those seeking peace and nature lovers are right here. The house has been newly furnished, modern and colorful and is suitable for 2 adults and 1-2 children.
