The 65 m² apartment, 2 minutes by car to Legoland, has 2 bedrooms, one with 2 beds, one with 1 bed, a 1.60 meter sofa bed in the living room and a crib. The shutters are all electrically operated and, if desired, can be lowered for sun protection in summer. The skylights have sun protection. The parking lot in front of the house and the access to the house, as well as the property, are camera-monitored and thus your vehicle and the objects in it are protected from unauthorized access. A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove with ceramic hob and oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, etc. offers you all the possibilities to cater to your wishes and tastes. Also provided here is a high chair for the little ones. The controlled living room ventilation ensures a pleasant sleeping climate. Towels, bed linen, hair dryer, soap, shampoo and shower gel are part of our basic equipment (sufficient for 5 days). Dishwashing liquid, dish towels, coffee with the matching coffee filters and tea are also part of the basic equipment provided by us. The bathroom has an extra-wide bathtub of 85 cm which can be used for showering by means of a three-piece folding shower wall. For the stroller and bicycles, there is a room in the parking lots where they can be safely stored. Strollers, bicycles and similar items may not be taken into the apartment and stored there. Disrespecting the reservation agreement: Guests must abide by the standards set by Hosts for each reservation as long as the standards are not inconsistent with Airbnb policies. This includes, but is not limited to: check-in and check-out times, number of guests, permissibility of pets or smoking, and other Host rules agreed upon at the time of booking. Disrespecting the space: Guests may not leave the place where they stayed or its grounds in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning or repairs beyond normal wear and tear. Cleaning fees are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations. Guests should also return any keys as agreed upon by both parties. Tampering with security devices: Guests may not disconnect or otherwise obscure any permissible and properly-disclosed security devices.
