The space The Villa of Xenia & Akis, a family home that blends comfort with timeless charm. Sunlight floods the open, airy rooms, highlighting the warm wooden accents and cozy corners throughout the house. Each space is filled with unique artistic touches and thoughtful details, creating an inviting atmosphere where you can unwind, savor the surroundings, and truly feel at home. The villa is situated in Vravrona, Markopoulo Mesogaias, Attica, 20 km away from Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos and 45 km from the center of Athens. Only 500 meters away from the villa is the Archaeological sight of Artemida. A sandy beach with the shallow water is only 250 meters away from the villa, one mini market you find near to the beach and 500 meters from the villa you can find a traditional fish tavern to have your lunch/dinner. A further down from the taverna is another restaurant (NISSOS) located on the top of the rocks with an amazing view, crystal clear water and another amazing beach which makes you feel you areon an island . The summer resort of Porto Rafti is 5 km further on from the villa and there you can find many shops, bars, restaurants and super markets. Also need to know that the famous Archaeological Museum of Vravrona is only 500 meters from the villa. A wonderful villa, ideal to relax and to enjoy your holiday’s time in north-east Attica beautiful beaches but also to admire the sights and the museums of Athens. The "Traditional Villa Xenia &Akis" has a wi-fi , 4 sleeping rooms, a big dinning room, a Lounge with 40" Full HD TV, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms/1 WC, 2 big verandas with a wonderful sea view a large surrounded green garden full of different kind of trees and next to the barbeque area is an individual studio of 27m2 , with a double bed ,a small kitchen and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a double size bed and the other near to the master bedroom, has two single beds, both have veranda with sea view.Also there is another room on the ground floor of the house, with a double bed and a bathroom next to it. All the bedrooms have been tastefully furnished. The garden and veranda areas consist of a sun beds, parasols, barbecue and garden furniture.
