Guest House in a Nice Neighborhood

Remodeled guest house that’s separate from the main house. The unit has hardwood floors throughout, an updated bathroom, and central air and heat. It's not a studio, there’s a separate bedroom, living room, and kitchen with a dining area. Distance from popular attractions: - Universal Studios: 4 miles - Hollywood Walk of Fame: 7 miles - Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills: 9 miles - Los Angeles Arts District, DTLA: 14 miles - Santa Monica Pier: 18 miles The space The guest house is completely separate from the main house and has its own entrance. It is not a studio, there's a separate bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. 4 people will fit comfortably. There is a queen size Casper memory foam bed in the bedroom that fits 2 people and in the living room there is a twin daybed with a rollaway twin bed underneath that fits 1 person per bed (2 total). The guesthouse has its own tankless water heater and central heating and cooling unit. The thermostat can be adjusted from 70F to 80F. The TV has Verizon Stream installed, you can watch YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, and local network television. Netflix, HBO Max, and Hulu will require your own subscription. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, dinnerware, cookware set, utensils, small dinning table with 2 chairs, and 2 extra fold away chairs. Guest access Guests will have access to the backyard and washer and dryer in the garage. There's no parking on the street in front of the house but there's plenty of parking across the street or around the corner, you can also park one car in the driveway.
