Description
Set in a quiet lane, surrounded by trees, yet only 2 minutes drive from the A1. The Garden Apartment is a self-contained unit behind our home. Compact but well-equipped, safe, quiet and clean. An ideal base for day-trips out to the rest of Northumberland and the North-East. We have plenty of free, onsite parking. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets. The space Lovely self-contained apartment with outside space. There is plenty of onsite parking and secure bike storage should you need it. There is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower-room. The open-plan living space has a kitchen area with everything you need, including an ice - box, corkscrew and garlic crusher! There is a large, comfortable sofa and a new flat-screen TV with Chrome-cast so you can watch Netflix etc. A small dining table folds away in a corner. The apartment is heated by radiators controlled by the main house. All windows open and vent to make a lovely sunny and airy space. Hot water is unlimited and comes from a combi boiler. Outside you have access to patio furniture and a coal barbecue/firepit. There is washing machine in the apartment. A tumble dryer is available for your use. We do not allow pets of any description, so you can rest assured there's no chance of any pet hair! Guest access The Garden Apartment is completely for your use, during your booked time. You also have the use of the outside space in front of the Apartment, with your own patio furniture.The garden is nice and quiet and relatively private. Your parking space is in view of your apartment so you can keep an eye on your vehicle if required. However, in the 16 years that we have lived here there have been no incidents of any anti-social behaviour or trouble.
