This little oasis of green is in a super handy location on the edge of the greenbelt, yet near the Team Valley, Metrocentre and Newcastle. There's a bus stop directly outside, with buses into central Newcastle every 30min in the day. Watergate Forest Park is right next door, with a fantastic cafe, lake, swans & lots of other wildlife. We're only a couple of miles from the C2C cycle route, with easy access to lots of other cycle routes & walks. The space The property is a converted barn, yet is modern inside. The bedroom, kitchen & bathroom are on the ground floor & the living area is upstairs. There are blackout blinds in the bedroom and living area, where there are two sofa beds. There is a 2 seater breakfast bar in the kitchen & a table with chairs upstairs. Fibre broadband is included, and you can use this for Netflix & tv streaming (no TV ariel). The kitchen has a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob & electric oven & grill. Free, off road parking for one car (more by arrangement). Note : There is a high step to access the entrance door. Guest access You'll have the pace to yourself. Other things to note No smoking or pets.
