Light and sunny en-suite bedroom in rural location

My place is about half an hour to Goodwood, Portsmouth, Winchester and Chichester. Midhurst (polo), and the lovely market town of Petersfield are all close by. We are right on the 'King Arthur's Way' cycle route. Our house benefits from biomass heating ensuring plenty of hot water and is certified as being carbon neutral. The space You’ll love my place because of the beautiful outlook, garden and quiet country location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, cyclists and business travellers. The bedroom is en-suite and there is sole use of large upstairs sitting room overlooking fields. Guest access Parking is in our private drive. Guests have a large open plan area with sofas to relax. In warm weather, the garden can be used for drinks, take aways and just sitting! Other things to note Breakfast is either muesli, yogurt and fruit, avocado on toast or scrambled eggs and smoked salmon on toasted muffins. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements. During the week/term time guests are invited to help themselves to breakfast if it is required after 7.30 am.
