Casa Anita - pool and panorama

Casa Anita is a single level bungalow style house, with a terrace and a private verandah. It has a large well-equipped kitchen, a living / dining room, 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom with bathtub and shower, and an additional small bathroom The space Casa Anita is a holiday house set within Podere Zollaio. It is a spacious house with a beautiful view of Vinci and the surrounding countryside. It is a good base to explore Tuscany or to relax by the pool. Guest access Guests have access to the garden, barbecue, pool and whirlpool. In the laundry room we have a washing machine. The cost for washing is Euro 3.50. You can pet the donkeys and the goat whilst standing outside the fence ... but watch out for your fingers! Other things to note In the winter months the rent does not include the cost of gas for heating which is calculated separately according to consumption. The cost of LPG is € 5 per cubic metre. Casa Anita also has a wood burning fireplace for which we can supply wood at € 5 per crate. Towels for use at the pool are not provided, but can be rented at a cost of €4 each . Tourist tax: the cost of tourist tax is 2 Euro per person per day and is calculated for up to six days. Children under 14 years of age and people with disabilities are exempt.
