This studio apartment entirely for guests use has the following amenities: spacious bedroom with queen size bed, fireplace, full size closet, inviting living area with sofa, coffee table and table desk fully equipped full size kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, small appliances (tea pot, toaster, etc.), dishes, pots and other utensils. Dining area with dining table, very spacious bathroom with shower over the tub. Separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer only for guest’s use. Smart TV, Wi-Fi internet, heating and A/C system. Plenty of parking space very close to entry door. Guest access My husband Andy and I live in the main house and we respect full privacy of our guests. We also can meet our guests if needed. Other things to note We have very friendly Belgium Sheep dogs. They stay in gated backyard.
