"Seawards" seaside holiday home

"Seawards" is a perfect seaside holiday home with outstanding south facing views over Mounts Bay. Located on the edge of the quiet traditional Cornish village of Perranuthnoe. It is a short 5 minute stroll to a south facing, sandy beach and also to the centre of the village, where you will find cafes, galleries and a pub. A perfect base to from which to explore this beautiful area of West Cornwall. Well behaved dogs are most welcome. FRIDAY changeover with a 7 night minimum rental period. The space Seawards is a bungalow (no stairs) with 2 bedrooms (both with king size beds, although one of these can be made up as 2 singles if required), one bathroom and one ensuite shower room. The third bedroom (which can be included if more than 4 people staying , for a small additional cost ) is in an annexe across a small enclosed yard and consists of a bedroom with a king size bed and a set of bunk beds and an ensuite shower room. The light and airy living accommodation in the bungalow and consists of a large kitchen/dining room seating 8 people and a separate sitting room, both with sea views and direct access through glass doors onto the south facing deck, perfect for out door dining/BBQ or unwinding watching the sun set over Mounts Bay. Guest access As sole guests you will have access to all that the property has to offer. Other things to note The property is rentable for a minimum period of 7 nights rental and changeover day is a Friday.
