Hastings Guest House with free private parking

A lovely guest house at the top of a quiet close with an outside area where you can enjoy views over Hastings to the castle and the sea whilst relaxing round the fire pit. Thoughtful features i.e. off road parking for 2 cars, sockets for USB chargers by each bed & fully equipped kitchen. Check in: 4pm Check out: 11am Late check-outs often available but dependent on following days booking so please ask. Max of 4 adults/booking. Sorry no pets. NO EXTRA CLEANING COSTS. The space A bright airy property with great views at top the end of a quiet residential cul-de-sac, 20 minutes walk from the town and seaside and 10 minutes from the local St. Helens woods. and the award winning Alexandra park that has a cafe, children's playground and tennis courts. NB we have racquets you may borrow. There is a gravelled patio area with seating and the use of a fire-pit whilst you enjoy the views. We can supply charcoal quick-start fire-bag and bags of logs on request for £5. Please just drop us a line. We like to provide you with some complementary items so you can have some refreshments on arrival i.e. tea, coffee, milk and a light snack. Basic cooking condiments such as salt, pepper, and oil are also provided. Please let us know if you have any allergies or intolerances we should be aware of. There is a 42" flat screen television with an Amazon Fire Stick attached so guests can login to Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. Fast Wi-fi is provided for free. There are USB sockets by each bedside. A hair dryer is in the main bedroom and clothes dryer is also available. Please check with us, it's normally no problem. You are welcome to leave your belongings in our porch if you would like to make the most of your last day around Hastings. Guest access There is ample off-street parking for 2 cars on our drive which is at the end of a quiet close, although please do let us know if you have have 2 cars so we can ensure the places are clear when you arrive. Other things to note Please consider searching online for trips/excursions prior to arrival in Hastings. There are many nearby places to visit locally like the Blue Reef Aquarium, Hastings Museum and Art Gallery, the De La Warr Contemporary Art Gallery, Smugglers Adventure, Clambers Play Centre and Battle Zone, Bexhill Leisure Pool, Crazy Gold (Home of the World Championships!), Hastings Castle, Alexandra Park, Egerton Park, St Helens Wood, Old Roar Gill forest walk. And slightly further away such as Battle Abbey, Bodiam Castle, Bedgebury National Pinetum, Batemans (home of Rudyard Kipling), Hertmonceux Castle and Drusillas Park.
