The approx. 50 sqm living area (of 140 sqm) is so beautiful that you want to spend the whole vacation inside: oak floors, old wooden beams, cozy sitting area, very well equipped kitchen, large dining area, garden view, fireplace. You can enjoy the large natural garden alone. The first floor is equipped for the disabled. Bedroom; shower room. On the top floor are two bedrooms, also with shower room. There is a sauna for 4 people with a corresponding wet area. The space The house has a floor area of 80 square meters. The upper floor (approx. 80 square meters) has sloping ceilings and can be reached via a staircase. All rooms have gas heating and views of the countryside. The kitchen is very well equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils. There are three bedrooms. Two double beds 160 cm x 200 cm, one double bed 140 cm x 200 cm. For children, there is a large swing with climbing facilities, a sandbox, a small slide, and a paddling pool in the garden. In addition: badminton, balls, frisbee, giant Mikado, etc. We have a nice sauna for four people in the former pigsty! Plus a spacious wet area with cold/hot shower, gush shower, hose shower.... Cost contribution for electricity, water etc. 3 euros/hour. Accessibility Access to the house and garden as well as the entire first floor are barrier-free. There is a floor-level shower in the bathroom. The toilet can be easily reached with a wheelchair. Wheelchair-accessible vanity. All doors are about 95 cm wide. The double bed on the first floor is about 50 cm high. Parking is available on the lawn in the driveway to the garden (grass, uneven). Access to the garden via terrace and ramp (approx. 10%). Internet, TV The house has a fast Internet connection; Wi-Fi. TV with the "public service channels," Amazon Prime Together with a friendly couple, we bought the house in 2017 and completely gutted, renovated and expanded it. Since we often use the house ourselves, we have also made a great effort with the details of the furnishings. Please don't grumble in disappointment upon arrival. We have not renovated the house from the outside and are gradually greening it..... Guest access The house is only used by the respective guests. All rooms are freely accessible. Other things to note The base price - 75 euros/night - applies to two adults. Each additional person over six years old pays €15/night. Occupancy with a maximum of 6 people, or 4 adults. Electricity costs From September 1 to March, the heating costs will be charged according to the gas consumption. Experience has shown that the 5 to 10 euros per day. Liability The use of the playground equipment, the garden and the premises is at your own risk. The landlords are not liable for any accidents, injuries or damage.
