Description
St Anthony's Cottage sleeps four in two bedrooms (one king-size, one twin), with the twin room benefiting from an en-suite shower room and a family bathroom also available, comprising bath with shower over, toilet and hand basin. The space The open-plan living area is upstairs, making the most of panoramic coastal views towards South Wales, with a wall of glass doors that can be fully opened on warm days, plus a dining area and well-equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric oven and hob, toaster, kettle and smart television. Electricity and heating are included, with gas central heating and a wood burner in the living room, kindling, matches and a basket of logs provided. High-quality bed linen and towels are supplied, along with a welcome supply of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits, and basic cleaning materials. Outside there is a decking area on the ground floor with steps down to a large private garden, furnished with weatherproof tables and chairs, plus deck chairs stored in the shed. Off-road parking is available for two cars, around 20 metres west of the house, with pedestrian access either along the lane (step-free) or through the garden (with steps). Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement, up to a maximum of two, with a supplementary fee per dog; dogs should be kept off furniture and out of bedrooms, and should be supervised in the garden as the boundary cannot be guaranteed secure. The cottage is strictly non-smoking and is not suitable for children under 11. It is not suitable for those with restricted mobility or wheelchair users. Some Christmas decorations are provided in the living area over the festive period, though no tree is included.
