Guest access Your booking is for the entire cottage for the duration of your stay. Access is by key box which you will receive a unique code for shortly before check-in once your pre-check in requirements are received. Other things to note • This cottage is, what is known locally as an 'under-dwelling', therefore, everyday living noise from the cottage above is possible. • The front door is accessed from the roadside via some 150 year old, unlit, well worn and uneven stone steps and can be slippery when wet. However, the rear entrance is level and can be used instead if you prefer. • The bathroom doorway has reduced height and may be difficult for less agile guests to negotiate. Once inside, the bathroom is full height. • We do not charge a cleaning fee. We clean and prepare the cottage for your stay ourselves to enable us to keep the cost to you as low as possible. To enable us to keep offering this we do need your help. We ask that guests clean up after themselves, and their dog/s, and leave the cottage in a tidy condition. We don't expect a full spring clean on check out, but if tidying up after yourselves isn't something that suits you then accommodation charging for a full cleaning service may be more suitable. • Dogs are the only pets we accept. We allow up to 2 fully house trained dogs to accompany you free of charge, however, there are some basic dog rules and boundaries which we expect you to adhere to which allows us to keep offering free stays for your dog/s. Please see the BRINGING YOUR DOG/S notes in the 'additional rules' section for these.
