The apartment has 9 rooms, and we open rooms for every two people, so  you pay for the used rooms. Its strategic position is exceptional, situated right in the Rambla Cataluyna. Paseo de Gracia is really close, it is one of the most important avenue in the city, thanks to its numerous shops and restaurants and, moreover, you can admire there two of the Antoni Gaudi most famous building, La Pedrera and La Casa Batllo. ***We open rooms every two people, so you pay only for the rooms used. Other things to note Due to the large number of rooms, it is ideal for large groups or families who want to stay in the same place. We open one room for every two persons. You pay for the rooms that you used. Our usual check-in time is from 16h to 21:00h, so we recommend you to contact us in advance in order to fix the most convenient time for you. Check out is until 11:00h, but late check out can be requested, subject to availability. Outside the established times we have the following rates: Late Check in : arrival after 21:00h implements a cost of 30€ until 23.00, then 10€ will be added for each additional hour. Late check out (departure after 11.00) and early check in (arrival before 16.00) will incur an extra charge which you can consult directly with us. The flat has a HUTB tourist licence. ‘Please note that the tax on stays in tourist establishments in Barcelona is not included in the cost of the booking’.
