Small cozy cottage 60 m2, about 200 m from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. There is a lovely view from the living room and terrace over the meadow and a glimpse of the water. The house is bright and nice, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet with shower, 1 small bedroom with double box mattress (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood stove. Nice terrace, there is a grill, sun loungers and garden furniture. The space In the house, there is toilet paper, dishcloths, dish towels, cleaning products, salt & pepper, etc. but must be replenished if used up. Duvets, pillows may be used, but duvet covers/linens must be brought by yourself as well as towels. Sheets are provided. There is access to the entire house with the exception of the 1st closet and basement room as well as part of the shed where private things are stored. Electricity consumption is paid at DKK 2.95 per kWh, the meter is read and the settlement is paid directly to me when the house is vacated. If you want to use the fireplace (closed wood stove) in the winter, there are firewood bags that can be purchased from me at a cheaper price than if purchased in Brugsen or similar. Of course, you can also bring your own. Dog (1) welcome after prior request. Must be well-behaved and under supervision, I do not want any neighbor complaints about barking dogs. The garden is fenced and intended for small dogs. Extra cleaning may be expected if a dog has been brought. There is no crib in the bedroom due to lack of space but there is room for a travel cot just outside the bedroom. The house must be handed over in the same neat and clean condition as it was received.
