Overview This very stylish home is designed in traditional chalet style with a modern twist. It is part of a luxurious country house built on a 1.000 m² plot, that is split into two independent residences with this home occupying the first floor & loft (100 m²) and the other one occupying the ground floor (90 m²). The space The home It comprises of two levels, with the lower level having one main double bedroom, a living room with fireplace, a kitchen, a dining area and a bathroom. Going up a short flight of stairs, you reach a gorgeous loft, hosting an open double bedroom and a private bathroom. Both bedrooms have the possibility to be set up with either 2 single beds - for groups of friends staying together - or with 1 king size bed for happy couples! The living room couch may also accommodate another adult, just by removing the back pillows. Additionally, a baby crib, a high chair and a baby bath are provided upon request. Location The house is located on the hill side among pine trees, in an amphitheatrical setting with panoramic view of the traditional village of Amfikleia and the valley below. You can get to Amfikleia by train or car from Athens in just 2 hours. Once there, you may go around by car or taxis available by appointment. The village of Amfikleia is 2,5 km away and the ski slopes are 17,5 km away. Winter holiday Due to its proximity to the ski slopes, this area is mostly popular during the winter. In the village you will be able to rent or buy everything you need for your ski adventure and you will find lots of coffee shops and restaurants to try the delicious local cuisine. Apart from skiing, you may enjoy hiking and exploring the nearby villages and landscapes. The house is well equipped and fully ready to host your winter getaway. Heating is available through panels, air conditioning and a fireplace and it will keep you warm when you want to relax at the house and load your batteries before you go to explore the outdoors! Spring / Summer / Fall holiday The mountain is beautiful throughout the year and different activities are possible according to season. For the hot Summer days and nights, there is air conditioning in the living room, which covers the entire house and will make sure to keep you cool.
