Clipper Hus – modern exclusive organic house, unique in Warnemünde Unique in Warnemünde. A private house with plenty of feel-good space. Wherever possible, we used sustainable and natural materials, organic colors. Up to 7 people will find healthy living here, tailor-made, spacious and special. On the first level, a spacious entrance area, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed 180 × 200, one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Box-spring beds The space will give you pleasant dreams. 1 bathroom with tub and large walk-in shower, one of the bedrooms with its own shower room. Built-in wardrobes made of oak wood in each bedroom. Upper area: a particularly large kitchen and the living area with plenty of space and room for cooking, meeting, working, eating, playing, being creative. An eye-catcher is a dining table made of wild oak. Two terraces offer morning and evening sun. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV. DVD player, Bluetooth/CD/radio, large flat-screen TV. Plenty of space for 2 to max. 7 people. In the house you will find everything that we do not want to miss in our own rooms. Nespresso machine, coffee maker and coffee maker - you start the day perfectly. Our yoga teacher offers private yoga lessons by appointment. Yoga mats and equipment are available in the house. Guest access The Clipper Hus is a separate house in a building complex, which you inhabit alone. Other things to note The aforementioned prices are calculated for a stay of up to 6 people and 7 seven nights incl. final cleaning, bed linens, towels. (You are also welcome to stay with us for fewer nights. In this case, we charge a so-called short booking surcharge. We then differentiate between a surcharge of up to 2 nights and/or less than 7 nights. Children up to the age of 6 stay free of charge with parents and grandparents. We have a limited number of our own parking spaces in Warnemünde. If available, these cost 7 euros/night/car. We will also name alternatives on request. The amenities list general things that are are available in the house and not in each individual apartment, which we will gladly provide for your stay: DVD player/DVDs if deposit to be picked up at our office, crib/high chair one-time €7 fee, microwave on request. From the age of 15, this is €3.70 per day and reduced to €1.45 per day. The discounts apply to children from 6 to 14 year olds and severely disabled persons with a degree of disability of 50%. Children aged 0 to 5 years and severely disabled persons with a degree of disability of 80% are exempt from the spa tax.
