The house is ideally situated 20 minutes away from Crozon, 25 minutes from Quimper, 50 minutes from Brest, 1 hour from the Pointe du Raz and 1.5 hours from Roscoff. The best part is that despite being within such easy reach, we are situated in a part of the world that is unspoilt, wild, magnificent and only 200 m from a beautiful sandy beach. Built in 2008, the house has all the conveniences of a modern house but with the charm and character of a more traditional house: good size open plan living area with fitted kitchen and 3 sets of double French doors to let in lots of light. The house can easily be kept at a comfortable temperature all year round thanks to the excellent thermal insulation. Peace and quiet is assured thanks to excellent sound insulation. The house is well furnished with comfy sofas and armchair in front of the flat screen tv and the beds are all 2 meters long, An integral garage is equipped with a washer and a dryer, provides secure storage and has a multi game (table football, mini table tennis, pool etc). Outside there is a 1500m² garden with swings, ample parking, covered drying area with sink and hose pipe. From the garden and upstairs, there is a view along the beach and towards the Menez Hom.
