Beautiful house on the water, in a child-friendly neighborhood and near De Vooroever van Medemblik for summer beach fun. We are also located here on continuous water where you can even sail to Alkmaar, Amsterdam and closer to the Grote Vliet. Enough nature experience in the area where you can enjoy hiking, cycling or enjoy at our house, in the garden or on the jetty of a wide view and where necessary we can ensure that you can rent a boat. The space The house is suitable for 5 to 6 people, 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom walk-in shower for 2 people and with separate bath/Jacuzzi for 2 people. Our garden has a fence so your children without a swimming certificate cannot get into the water. Ideal for couples, or families with young children. The beds are made and kitchen textiles are provided. In the kitchen, you will find a dishwasher, combi oven and microwave. Our house is fully at your disposal and is located in the beautiful tourist and harbor town of Medemblik, which is located on the IJsselmeer. Here you have nice recreational beaches, a large water sports center, beach clubs, swimming pools, golf courses, various dining and entertainment venues, you can swim, kite surf, sail, bakery museum, steam tram and more. From April to September, there is something to do almost every weekend for young and old. Our location is: 4 min from the beach by bike, or visit other historic cities such as Hoorn/Enkhuizen 15 min, Alkmaar 25 min and Amsterdam 35 min or take the boat to Texel from Den Helder 20 minutes by car. The house is spacious and bright, equipped with air conditioning, garden set, Playstation, Disney+, HBO, Viaplay, NetFlix and more TV channels. A spacious enclosed garden with jetty with garden barge. Ideal house for families with children, ours are 11 & 7. In the attic, a nice workplace where you can work carefree with your laptop and desk with UTP or WiFi connection. There may also be extra beds here. Fishermen also get their hearts out here behind the house and in the area. Our sons jump in the ditch in the summer to swim with the kids nearby. Opposite our house you have a playground, within a 2-minute walk a football cage and basketball court. Our house offers everything for a relaxing vacation.
