It is located in a our old house, but renoviert allnew. It is near American and Southwest Universities. The centrum is 7 min walking distance. Bus station is 8 min walking.. You can use desks, office chairs which is convenient to work with your laptop or study. New optic WiFi, towels, shampoo, free parking. The beds are new comfortable single, or can be connected also with extra mattress, which we have and made for couples. It is little space around 40 quadrats. *Washing machine in basement Ask if you have requirments for something. Guest access Little fridge, el.kettle, washing mashine.. If you need other device please ask and will discus for option for airfryer or.. AC is swich on 22 degrees in winter! If you want controler or want more degrees will be little bit more price (ask about this and will clarify) Our guests can always ask me any questions regarding thier stay! Other things to note QUITE HOURS 22-07 !!! NO PARTIES or for meeting with friends or extra guests... if you want to listen music, sing or make noise..
