Beautiful brand new luxurious villa, 5-min walking from the beach with private pool! You can walk to Psaromoura Beach (400m), Agia Pelagia (700m) and surroundings. Many restaurants and bars in walking distance. Mini market around the corner. The villas are ideal for relaxing holidays in a quiet neighborhood where mountains, nature and sea are perfectly combined. Heraklion Airport and Main port are 20 min by car. The space The villa has 5 bedrooms, three with private bathrooms on 1st floor and two in the basement with a separate entrance and shared bathroom. A beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room can be found on the ground floor with a patio leading to the pool, the BBQ and the garden. A game room and a small gym are available in the basement. Pictures are not online yet since it is under construction. Washing machine and all other necessary apparatus are available in the house. A kids outdoor playground is shared with villa Sea. Our personnel is visiting the house on a daily basis and is cleaning it every 4 days while exchanging towels, sheets, linen etc. Guest access The complete villa is accessible to guests without any restrictions.
