Stylish apartment, sauna, 60 min. near Berlin

The appartment is situated on the ground floor of a beautiful old building. There is a private entrance facing the garden and the lake. Inside the appartment is a new sauna. There is one large bed for two in the living room and a bed for one in a separate bedroom. A couch can be converted, in case three people like to sleep in individual beds. The kitchen has all amenities for cooking. The appartment has a floor heating. The space Take a break from the busy city live. Here you can relax, go swimming or sunbathing in the garden. Large forrests in the natural park next to the house invite you for short or long hikes. Guest access There are free parking spots in front of the house. The large garden is shared with guests from the cottage (also avaiable on AirBnB). That cottage has a sauna next to the pier (but usage of that sauna is allowed only after 8 pm). There are two piers (with 10 m distance), so each house has its own pier. The boat is shared with the guests from the cottage. Other things to note The appartment is in a nature park. Depending weather and season, in the evening moskitoes may appear. High Speed internet is available.
