With its enclosed garden, you will appreciate the quiet of the place. Ideal for recharging your batteries, you can enjoy the heated and shared pool in season (June 1 to September 30). Independent house on the property including the owners' home and two other cottages. The space This 70 m2 detached house includes a new fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area with TV on the ground floor. Toilet and bathroom are also on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find 2 connecting bedrooms. The first with a 140 x 200 double bed. The 2nd includes 2 single beds of 80 x 200 that can be pushed together. Guest access A heated swimming pool in season (from September 1 to 30), a ping pong table, soccer goals and ball, a trampoline, a swing... are available to the tenants of the 3 gites on the property. Other things to note The pools are open from 1 June until 30 September. The beds are made upon your arrival. However, towels are extra. A set of a large and a small towel for 5 euros per person. Finally, cleaning is also an option and is 90 euros. Before you arrive, please let me know if you'd like to take these options.
