Double room for single occupancy & ensuite shower

On a quiet road, the house is a few minutes walk from Wokingham Rail Station, with its links to Reading, London and Gatwick airport. Wokingham town centre is about 10 minutes walk away with shops, pubs and restaurants. Tea and coffee are available on a help yourself basis in the kitchen. Parking for one car is available on the drive. Guests must be non-smokers and non-vapers. Check in preferred after 4pm however I can be flexible to suit your needs. The space This room has a double bed together with an ensuite shower room with shower, toilet and handbasin. Tea and coffee is available on a help yourself basis in the kitchen together with use of the hob and microwave if you bring your own food. Coming by car? There is off street parking too. Guest access Check in after 1600 hours and check out by 10 am is preferred however I can be flexible to suit your requirements.
