Beach Home with a View

Our home is well suited for families (2 rooms en-suite + 2 other rooms). With an incredible view of the ocean from the balcony & a pool on the property. There is a kid/dog- friendly sandy beach only a 3 min. walk away; and a surfing beach 2km away. As you’ll notice in our reviews, people either LOVE our spot, or, sadly, notice the imperfections. We do our best to keep up with the never-ending maintenance, but please NB it is a BEACH house, and by no means perfect. But it’s perfect for us. The space You will fall in love with the beautiful views and easy-access to the Indian ocean. The home is best suited for 3 families-- 3 couples and 4 kids; making it the ideal shared- holiday home. There are 3 main bedrooms: 2 with King size beds, en-suites and aircon, and 1 with a queen size bed, shared bathroom and portable air cooler. The other 2 bedrooms are great for kids, with 2 single beds in each. We have a cot and travel cot if you are traveling with infants. The kitchen has everything you would need: oven, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine (filter and Nespresso) and crockery/cutlery for 12 people. The private pool does not have a pool net, however there is a gate that can be locked, to prevent children from sneaking in. Guest access The entire home. This is our vacation home, so we will not be on the property when you arrive. Other things to note Please note when booking, you must specify the number of guests who will be staying (not just “1 guest” if you are a group) as our price increases by R325/pp for every additional guest after the first 2. Our cleaning fee covers the before and after clean for 1 night/weekend stays. If you are staying longer, Harriet comes in on Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's to give the home a proper clean. If you would like Harriet to clean daily (helping with dishes, laundry etc.) she can be paid directly at a rate of R200/per day, R250/weekend day, There is a SmartTV which you can connect to your own personal Netflix. There is no DSTV. There is wifi There is undercover parking for 2 cars, with an additional 2 cars able to park inside the outside beams. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
