Nahetal - Bad Kreuznach, apartment with separate entrance

Close to Bad Kreuznach in an old winery house from 1808 there is an attached, converted, former stable with separate bathroom / toilet and separate complete small kitchen. Courtyard with its own sunny spots. Bakery and Rewe/Aldi in/at the village, all within 5 minutes or 10 minutes on foot. Not for couch potatoes, but perfect for nature lovers, even with dogs, hikers, wine lovers, golfers, mountain bikers, paragliders and as a city hopping base for Bingen, Mainz, Wiesbaden. The space A large, former stable that has been converted into a vacation apartment: lots of space, small kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, wood-burning fireplace in the living room, additional central heating, 2 beds and an additional, pull-out emergency bed, under which there is underfloor heating. Everything is VERY rustic. The bathroom with toilet has a sliding door and a free shower, of course, like the washing facility, with hot water. Generously suitable for two people who get along well. Fully independent apartment. TV, CD player and Wi-Fi. Guest access Breakfast: A bakery around the corner, on Sundays the branch at REWE is open until 10:30 am. Noon or evening: Restaurant Hehner-Kilts, restaurant Kaul, both within a 5-minute walk. Or self-catering and shopping at Rewe/Aldi, where there is everything you do not have with you.
