The Barn A cosy tranquil getaway !

A modern detached loft apartment for two set in a quite country lane tucked away from it all ! 10 minute walk from a stunning pub set in the picturesque village of Eastling, and numerous beautiful walks. The barn offers a tranquil environment for the ultimate country get away, 15 minute drive away is the pretty market town of Faversham with many shops, cafes and restaurants. The barn has off road parking, a superking size bed/two singles, open plan sitting room/kitchen a bathroom with shower. The space Cool in summer nestled around woodland trees, and warm and cosy in the winter ! The Barn is detached and secluded very quite and tranquil with just the birds for company ! Oak floors in the living/kitchen area and the shower room. There is a TV with an Amazon fire stick with NETFLIX,DVD,portable speaker . Oak steps lead to the bedroom which is carpeted and cosy. The bed is super king size but can be made into two singles if you prefer. Both the duvet and all the pillows are hypoallergenic the duvet is by SIMBA and the top two pillows are EMMA the bottom two pillows are hotel quality. The bathroom has an electric shower, there is a non slip mat in the cupboard should you need it. The kitchen has a two ring hob, oven, microwave, toaster, Kettle and an under counter fridge, and Nespresso vertuo coffee machine located in the cupboard bring your favourite pods with you and enjoy ! The kitchen is equipped with all cooking utensils, cutlery, and china mugs and cups etc ! There are a variety of herbs, salt, pepper, olive oil, cooking oil and stock cubes so you don’t have to bring them with you ! We leave plenty of tea and coffee for you to enjoy ! There is a first aid kit under the sink, which we hope you won't need !! The barn has parking in our drive please park to the left. Five steps up to a private path leads to the front door of the Barn There is also a wooden staircase leading to a little private garden, with a bench to sit. We live in an area of outstanding natural beauty with amazing walks though stunning woodland Lastly when you go just leave everything to us ! Guest access Private garden accessed by a winding wooden staircase ( quite steep ) but with a handrail. The garden is in on a slope and we have picnic blankets so if you would like some just ask and we will bring them over Other things to note We don’t have phone reception in our lane, so you might want to turn on WiFi calling and use the Barn's WiFi of course should you need to use a phone you can always use ours !
