Our Sweet Pea guest room which can be arranged as a single or twin, depending on what you need. It has a wash basin, table, chairs, storage unit and hooks/ hangers for clothes. Sweet Pea is on the third floor, which is for private use by guests, so it is very peaceful, but we're on hand to help if needed. Guest kitchenette available on ground floor. We're a 10-15 mins walk from Farnham town/station, NDW, UCA and King Alfred's Way For groups of 3-4 please also book our Fern Room. The space Hospitality tray provided in bedroom, equipped with everything you'll need for drinks. We also provide a complimentary light breakfast if required, in our family dining roombon each day of your stay. The choice will vary, but will always include your choice from homemade bread/ toast, homemade muesli, yoghurt, fruit and cereals Guest access Bedroom, bathroom with shower/ bath and a separate toilet, all on the same floor, which is for guests only (we live on the floors below). On the landing between the two guest rooms is a desk and chair which you can use if you need to work or study when you're staying with us. During your stay We work from home, so are often around if you need us, but the guest bedrooms (x2) are on the top floor, separate from our family and workspace Other things to note We are working hard to make our home as environmentally friendly as possible and reduce our use of plastics. We have a secure, locked garden to store bikes in if needed
