Located in the same enclosed courtyard, our two cottages allow family and/or friendly reunions in a warm setting. Everyone will be able to enjoy the facilities made available; facilities aimed at relaxation and conviviality. Our rentals are close to many places of discovery, culture, sports, leisure... A stay in our pretty corner of France is the promise of leaving with a head full of charming, delicious, and happy memories! The space The 16 beds are divided into 2 accommodations. One has up to six beds: * two bedrooms with a double bed * a sofa bed in the living room. In this accommodation there is a kitchen and a bathroom with toilet. The other house sleeps up to 10 people: * one bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite shower room * a double bed in the mezzanine * one bedroom with three single beds * one bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a baby cot. There is also a kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet and a shower room with toilet. The largest cottage has a common living area of 30 m2. Also, sixteen people can gather there for meals or any other time. Guest access Vehicles can park in the cottage yard. The village is 10 minutes from the nearest village: RUE, which has a few shops. For electric vehicles, a charging station is installed in the center of the village. Connections within our cottages are prohibited. Other things to note We only rent our cottages for 2 nights or more. We no longer accept evenings where the music is in full swing. Warning: temperamental internet network!!! For your reference: Regarding weekly rentals, and during school holidays, check-in is usually from 5 p.m. and check-out until 1 p.m. Hotspot - free and open access. (sometimes a little faulty due to the network and not the hardware) To be paid on site: *Heating if the weather requires it (e.g. €60 for two nights, €120 per week, for both cottages.) * optional: - Bed linen rental (€8 to €10/bed) - Bath towels: €5/person * €5/day and per animal, within the limit of two. For stays of 4 to 6 nights inclusive, please let me know. This site only allows you to add the nightly rate, or to offer a discount from 7 nights.
