The lodge (Beat&Breakfast) is a combination of recording studio and vacation home in an idyllic location. (It is rented exclusively as a vacation home via Airbnb.) The location in the Spessart Nature Park is ideal for hiking and for a change of scenery! Nearby are the cities of Aschaffenburg, Obernburg and Miltenberg. 2 bedrooms with 5 beds, couch, flex. As a vacation home, the B&B offers you two bedrooms with a total of five single beds, alternative sleeping accommodations in the living room as well as a bathroom, kitchen and lounge. In the spacious and light-flooded lounge, a sofa landscape invites you to relax. You can let your gaze wander over the adjacent valley with meadow, field and forest or watch the fire in the fireplace. The east-facing wooden terrace awaits your use for breakfast with sunrise. The large sandstone terrace to the south is ideal for sunbathing or barbecuing. In the interior design, emphasis was placed on high-quality and natural materials and colors that contribute to a cozy living atmosphere. Solid wood floors, clay plaster and controlled living space ventilation ensure a pleasant and allergy-friendly indoor climate. Rainwater for toilet flushing and a photovoltaic system complete the sustainable concept. The premises are mainly heated with a fireplace and electric heating in the bathroom and kitchen. Layout: Three floors offer space to develop. On approx. 100 m², we offer our guests the spatial freedom for their vacation and their artistic work. The upper floor forms a retreat area with the two bedrooms. On the open ground floor is the spacious lounge and the control room - ideal for acoustic rehearsals, casual meetings and workshops. In the basement there are recording rooms and the kitchen. Guest access The following rooms are at your disposal: living room (50m2), two bedrooms (12m2 & 14m2), kitchen (10m2), one bathroom (6m2), toilet and two terraces (6m2 & 20m2) with valley view. The house also includes a garden with hot tub (fee), sauna (incl.), pallet lounge under the apple tree, table and chairs on the terraces, barbecue and meadow. NOTE: Sample / recording room, vocal cabin, directing as well as recording equipment, instruments, etc. are not included in the airbnb rental price. Other things to note The Airbnb calendar is not automatically synchronized with our own booking system. Therefore, the occupancy is not always up to date. Please send us a short inquiry for the planned period of the stay - we will get back to you immediately. The price per night is for up to five people. Included are all living & sleeping areas, the sauna as well as linens & towels. NOTE: Electricity costs will be charged in addition at the end of the stay according to actual consumption. If you are interested in using the hot tub and sauna in the garden, please let us know in advance. For the use of the Swedish hot tub, we charge an additional fee of €60 for two days. We need an advance request at best when you make the reservation. We need to make sure we can take care of hygiene and operating instructions during your stay. Whether the hot tub can be used depends on the weather due to the location in the outdoor area. If temperatures remain low, the water must be drained. The pool is heated with wood (duration for heating the water about 1.5 - 4 hours depending on the initial temperature). We are happy to provide a quick guide. The sauna is included in the price (excl. electricity) and is always ready for use. Please bring towels, bathrobe and slippers for use of the wellness facility.
