The cabin is located in a quiet cabin area on Kirkøy, Hvaler. Short walking distance to Skjærhalden, town and approx. 30 min from Fredrikstad. The property has sun from morning to evening, with several nice outdoor areas. Choose between sun or shade, depending on your preference. The cabin is conveniently furnished and easy to keep tidy. Everything is easily accessible, both during your stay and for cleaning on departure. This is a place for quiet and pleasant stays. NB! This is NOT a party cabin! The space Location - 15 min walk to nearest beach - Short way to Skjærhalden with shops, restaurants and bakery - Great hiking opportunities in the area - Golf course nearby - Private parking space just outside the cabin Practical information - The tenant must arrange for final cleaning (normally takes about 45 min.) - Alternatively, cleaning can be ordered – agreement with the landlord - Bed linen and towels must be brought by guests Amenities - BBQ and garden furniture - Dishwasher - Fireplace - TV - Washing machine and tumble dryer - Bicycles for rent Guest access The cabin is rented out in full. The tenant has access to all rooms and all facilities. A few cabinets and drawers contain equipment that is used by the owner. Other things to note NB! Two of about 75 tenants have commented that bedroom no. 4 is a "storage room". Bedroom no. 4 is an exterior room with a sofa bed. The room is painted and the floor has the same parquet as the rest of the cabin. The room is used to store garden furniture pillows if it is not used for bedrooms.
