It is situated on the edge of Galgorm village with excellent restaurants, shops, conveniences and Gracehill UNESCO world heritage site all within 5 minutes walk, centrally located for Giants Causeway and Belfast Titanic Visitor Centre. The property is certified by Tourism Northern Ireland. The space The Old Schoolhouse is a unique historic property which has been modernised with a luxury bathroom, new kitchen installed 2026 with dishwasher and remodelled hallway/stairs decor, stunning lounge with picture views over the koi pond, patio and colourful gardens. The Tullyglass Hotel wedding venue and Castle Kitchen and Bar are a short walk making the Schoolhouse an ideal location for wedding groups. Galgorm Castle championship golf course is also minutes walk away, with Galgorm Resort and Spa only 1 mile from the Schoolhouse. Galgorm is centrally located in Northern Ireland, so provides easy access to Belfast International Airport (20 minutes), Belfast shopping, Titanic Centre and the City airport (30 minutes), Giants Causeway 40 minutes. The property is 5 minutes walk from historic Gracehill Moravian village UNESCO world heritage site and is only 35 minutes from the North Coast including Bushmills and Royal Portrush Golf Club where the 2025 British Open Championship will be hosted. Many Game of Thrones film locations are located in the area - the Dark Hedges, Ballintoy Harbour, Cushendun Caves. Guest access The space includes two bedrooms plus a third separate mezzanine sleeping area with sofabed, a breakfast balcony in the master bedroom, bathroom with separate bath and walk-in shower, remote operated roof windows in bedrooms and bathroom. Kitchen with full cooking facilities, dishwasher and clothes washer. Use of garden with patio and outdoor furniture/BBQ grill. There is also a large lounge with Sony 55” smart TV (Sky and Netflix), high speed fibre broadband wifi, open flame feature gas fire. Note that all bedrooms are located on the upper floor so require access via one flight of stairs. However, the stairs are not steep and have a good handrail.
