The three bedrooms are located on the lower floor. One of them is equipped with single beds and a wardrobe. The other two bedrooms each have a double bed. One set of changeable bed linen is available for each bed. On this floor, you will find the bathroom with toilet, sink and a modern shower and steam cabin. Towels and the washing machine are available here. In the hallway there is a small minibar with a refrigerator, in which you can store your drinks. The upper floor of the house consists of the living and kitchen area. In the large living room, there is a cosy leather sofa. On cooler evenings, you can relax here in front of the fireplace. The open kitchen is modernly equipped with an electric stove (ceramic hob), oven, toaster, kettle and large refrigerator with freezer compartment as well as a dishwasher. Four people can sit at the round table. On this floor, you will find the second bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. All windows of the house are equipped with mosquito screens. A private barbecue and parking for up to three cars are available. The pool of the residential complex can be shared, this is shared with 5 other holiday homes.
