Vacation home on two floors, located on the outskirts of town, with a large balcony, barbecue terrace and shared pool. The space The very tasteful and comfortable vacation home is located on the outskirts of Possidi on the beautiful sandy beach. It is the end house of a row of houses and is located directly on a small hill, surrounded by many trees of the adjacent forest and many plants. The large balcony gives the house a special touch, because here you can enjoy the view of the forest all the way to the sea with the scent of the conifers. Guest access The house is 100 m² and has two floors. On the lower floor there are the three bedrooms. One of them is equipped with single beds and a wardrobe. The other two bedrooms each have a double bed. A set of changeable linen is available for all beds. On this floor you will find the bathroom with toilet, sink and a modern shower and steam cabin. Towels and the washing machine are available here. In the hallway there is a small minibar with a refrigerator in which you can store your drinks. The upper floor of the house consists of the living and kitchen area. In the large living room there is a cozy leather sofa. On cooler evenings you can relax in front of the fireplace. The open kitchen is modernly equipped with an electric stove (ceramic hob), oven, toaster, kettle and large fridge with freezer and a dishwasher. Four people can sit at the round table. On this floor there is the second bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. All windows of the house are equipped with mosquito nets. A private barbecue and parking for up to three cars are available.
