We offer you a modern furnished light-flooded 2-3-room attic (duplex) apartment with a special flair in a quiet residential area only 15 minutes walk to the historic city center of Celle. The view goes over lots of greenery. Down in the garden, wonderful fragrant roses and fruit trees are in bloom. In between, you can discover our cozy chickens. The protected loggia has sun from noon to evening and invites you to relax. Parking is right in front of the house (free of charge). The space We have a friendly and very comfortably furnished 2-3-room apartment in the attic of a town villa-like house in one of the best residential areas of the beautiful ducal town of Celle. Two to four people stay on almost 100 m² in the lower area. This has a spacious living/dining area with soapstone stove, two bedrooms (one double bed 1.60 x 2.00, one box spring bed 1.80 x 2.00 also divisible into two single beds each 0.90 x 2.00), two exclusive bathrooms (one with tub, shower, bidet and toilet, one with small tub and toilet) as well as a fully equipped high-quality kitchen with coffee maker, kettle and toaster. In the upper area of the apartment is a "walk-in closet," ample storage space and the possibility to iron laundry. When renting to two people, only one bedroom and one bathroom are included in the price. If 2 people want to rent the whole apartment (2 bedrooms, two bathrooms), a surcharge of €20 per night will be charged (host offer). Linens, towels, Wi-Fi and utilities are included. Guest access Free parking is available right in front of the house on the street. Other things to note The use of the soapstone oven is only permitted from October 1st October to 15 April (after instruction!). One basket of wood is free.
