Nice, clean home in quiet, safe neighborhood

The house is shared with my 2 year old son and myself. Beautiful split floorplan, quiet neighborhood near parks and Copper Sky Recreation Center. No neighbors in back for a peaceful day and nighttime experience. Walmart and Frys Marketplace are 5 minutes away, as well as several fast food and local high quality dining options. Near shopping centers and Harrah's Ak-Chin casino less than 5 minutes around the corner. Dog and kid friendly park less than 2 minutes away for great family experiences. The space Private bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and adjustable bases. You have your own private bathroom as well as full use of living room, laundry, kitchen and den. It's a split floor plan so my bedroom is on the opposite end of the house. Both guest bedrooms have a tv and bluray player with movies as well as local tv stations to watch during your stay. Coffee, bottled water and fresh fruit available. Guest access 2 guest bedrooms, kitchen, den with computer, laundry, living room and patio/backyard are available for guests. Basically you have the entire house minus the master bedroom/bathroom that my son and I share which is split off from the other areas of the house. During your stay I respect your space and privacy and am available if you need anything. I keep to myself in the master bedroom so if you need anything I am here to assist. You might see me every now and then grabbing a snack for my son or coming to/from work. The dogs and cat are also kept completely separate from all guest areas. Other things to note 2 dogs and a cat live on premise and are kept completely separate from all guest areas. There is a Blink exterior camera set up at the front door for guest/host safety. Absolutely no interior cameras!!
