Apartment 3 is located on the ground floor and features some beautiful original features. The Living Room is a wonderful spacious and light space and has floor to ceiling windows and original working shutters. It has a sofa & armchair as well as a dining space with table & chairs which can easily double up as a work space for guests who might need to work wile they are away. There is a feature fireplace with flame effect electric fire. We accept One Adult dog on request, not be left unattended. The space Muntham Luxury Holiday Apartments are formed from a grand Victorian Villa and this newly refurbished ground floor apartment is spacious and filled with light. There is a large drawing room with a stunning bay window over looking one of the gardens. The room features ornate original plasterwork as well as original wooden shutters. There is also a flame effect fire which is ideal for cosy nights in. The bathroom has a large easy access shower cubicle and a basin and toilet. There is a modern kitchen with full sized oven, fridge/freezer and a microwave as well as a dishwasher. The bedroom has floor to ceiling windows which overlook the Rose Garden at the side of the property. This room has original wooden shutters as well as a privacy roller blind and dreamy curtains that soften the window and give a sense of luxury. The bed can be configured as a super king or else as two singles. There is a large wardrobe. A small single bed can be provided in the lounge (on request). Wifi speeds normally available - Max download speed (Kbps): up to 106000 and Max upload speed (Kbps): up to 18000 Guest access This is a luxury self contained 1 bedroom apartment which is located on the ground floor of a grand Victorian Villa, the apartment has a large lounge with dining table, nice size bedroom with king size bed, brand new bathroom with quality shower cubicle and newly fitted kitchen. The apartment overlooks our lovely gardens to the rear of the property which guests can use - in the summer months we have garden sofas and chairs available. There is a parking space for each guest in our car park at the front of the property. There is additional and unrestricted parking on the road immediately outside. We have two EV charging points which are for the exclusive use of guests at the property. Other things to note A small single bed can be provided in the lounge (on Request) We have 2 EV charging points at the property - charges apply. We have an acre of different gardens and terraces which are shared with residents from our other apartments in the building. A communal laundry room is located in the basement with coin operated washers and dryers, complimentary washing powder and fabric conditioner is provided.
