Rural gîte, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sleeps 6 people, adjoining the "Le Petit Bois" gîte and the owner's house, completely new, located in the village of HELFAUT, 9 km from Saint-Omer (its lively city center, cathedral, the Audomarois marsh classified by UNESCO, the Maison du Marais, the Coupole d'Helfaut (World War II museum), the Clairmarais forest, access to the A26 highway 3 km away. PLEASE NOTE: read the "description" and "other comments" sections carefully The space FOR COMPANIES OR PROFESSIONAL TRAVEL: 3 PEOPLE maximum (because 3 bedrooms): PRIOR REQUEST to be made! (indicate the nature of the activity, vehicles, etc.) - €250 deposit to be paid on site, returned on the day of departure after inspection. The cottage includes an entrance, a living room with fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are on the ground floor. Private parking, enclosed grounds. It consists of a ground floor: an entrance, a separate toilet, 2 double bedrooms (140 x 190), a bathroom with double sink, 70 x 110 shower and washing machine; a fully equipped living room-kitchen (electric oven, induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, raclette machine, croque and waffle maker...), 2 3-seater sofas, 1 armchair, 1 flat-screen TV with satellite decoder (foreign channels) and pellet stove. Upstairs: a double bedroom, 2 twin beds 80 x 200. Free Wi-Fi. Guest access The cottage overlooks the common ground of the 2 cottages, fully enclosed with closed courtyard and parking, flower garden with garden furniture, barbecue, access to outdoor games (small wooden house, slide, swing, trampoline). Adult and children's mountain bikes, a ping pong table are available and many hikes are possible in all Pets not allowed. Other things to note — I also rent a furnished tourist apartment classified 3 * called "la belle époque"  , 2 bedrooms , 5 people in the heart of Saint-Omer ,on an Airbnb pro account -Animals not allowed - FOR COMPANIES OR PROFESSIONAL TRIPS: 3 PEOPLE maximum ( because 3 bedrooms ) - Deposit €250 to be paid on-site, returned on the day of departure after inspection . -Electric consumption is capped at 24kwh/day: any overshoot will be charged €0.20/kwh. - pellet stove: 1st bag offered , extra bag = €5 - linens included - Toilet linen €3/person - tourist taxes €0.50/day/ person to be paid on-site.
