The neat and modern apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house near Nuremberg in the village called Speikern. The immediate proximity to the city of Nuremberg offers fair visitors as well as tourists or other visitors a great opportunity to live cheaply and relaxed in the countryside. The space The living space of the first floor apartment is generously designed and offers an excellent, quiet and comfortable accommodation. Guest access Three rooms of the apartment on the first floor is exclusively for the guests: a living- and bedroom, a kitchen with all necessary kitchen facilities and a modern bathroom. Furthermore, the apartment has 2 more rooms which are used as sewing rooms and are locked. These will not be used by us during the guests' stay. Other things to note Parking is possible in the streets around the house (free of charge).
