Cottage in Put-in-Bay

Location, location, location! Island View Cottages is situated on 4 acres of private lakefront property on South Bass Island, city of Put-In-Bay, Ohio. There are two cottages on the property, Lakefront and Yellow, and both have access to the break wall and ramp for fishing, swimming and simple relaxing. The space The Yellow cottage welcomes you with a screened-in front porch, with views of the expansive backyard and Lake Erie. There are two bedrooms, a living room with dinette area, kitchen and bathroom. The Yellow cottage sleeps six with a Queen in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is stocked with basic utensil and professional linen service ensures every comfort of home. The real joy of Island View Cottages comes from outside! Your cottage has a charcoal grill, firepit, a picnic table and outdoor chairs to make your time at the lake enjoyable! You’re welcome to bring your own chairs, yard games and coolers to fully maximize your time with us. Other things to note The Yellow cottage of Island View Cottages is pet-friendly and no more than 2 pets may accompany a single reservation. All pets must be leashed when visiting common areas and pet owners are responsible for their pet’s waste pick-up and disposal. Island View Cottages is not responsible for accidents or injuries to guests or property involving pets. $100, non-refundable, security deposit is required prior to check-in. No unregistered pets are permitted on the property unless prior approval has been provided by management. Failure to obtain prior approval will cause a $300 charge to your credit card on file and/or you will be asked to leave the property without a refund.
