LIPSI HOUSE CHARMING 3 BED 3 BATH

Ancient fisherman's house that retains all its charm thanks to a careful comfortable renovation in the center with sea view garden and tranquility. Comfortable house in the center and charming. Nikiforos has sea views and a large terrace overlooks both the port and is fortunate enough to be extremely close to the city centre, just 5 minutes' walk. The main beaches can be reached on foot. The closest is Kazadia on foot 15 minutes . Onsite assistance. The space Antique fishermans' house ( a rare find on the island) , conserved in all it's charm thanks to a keen and careful renovation process. Nikiforos has the good fortune of being extremely close and convenient to the center of town , only a 5 minute walk away. In that same breath , while surrounded by private gardens and lush greenery, you find yourself in your own private oasis in Lipsi. All main beaches can be reached either by scooter , the shuttle bus that runs daily from the village or the preferred way by those who visit and fall in love with Lipsi , by foot. Nikiforos has a sea view overlooking both the port and the village itself . The house is made up of all modern day comforts including accomodation for 6 persons in separate bedrooms with king size beds , and 3 private bathrooms . The main house is complete with one master bedroom with private bathroom and private independent entrance . The second sleeping accommodation within the main house is a converted living room with a big sofa bed ( 2 single beds) type setting with private bathroom and an additional single bed situation off that . This is actually quite comfortable for a couple with a child . The main house is not equipped with and AC unit . The Meltemi wind keeps the old house quite cool in the summer months . The adjacent studio (divided from the main house by the cistern and veranda) is also an independent studio space complete with private bathroom and veranda area . This studio is equipped with an AC unit . To complete the house there is a verandah which runs all around the house for both relax , lunches and private time . The kitchen area available to all guests is quite big and suitable for both inside and outside dining . All the house is surrounded by garden. Nikiforos house is not suitable for young children but they are most certainly welcome .. Minimum rent time is 1 week for not more than 6 persons at a time .
