The bright and airy open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for home cooking—oven, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, and utensils. A dining table, a spacious L-shaped sofa, and a TV make the space perfect for relaxing. Step out onto the private balcony to take in the panoramic city views. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the apartment. The family bathroom includes both a bath and shower, along with complimentary toiletries and fresh towels for your convenience. Guest access Guests have sole access to the apartment. Other things to note -Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in. -All guests must present their passport/ID upon check-in. -For check-ins after 10pm there will be fees. -If you fail to arrive at the property within an hour from your scheduled arrival time there will be a fee of £10 for each extra hour you are late. If we need to rearrange your check-in to a later time on the day there will be a £20 fee (if the check-in is later than 22:00 late check-in fees will also apply). -If you are delayed, please let us know in advance, and depending on the notice, we may be able to rearrange check-in. - For check-ins between 22:00 and 00:00 there is a £50 fee. - For check-ins after 00:00 there is a £75 fee - We may be able to arrange a late check-out after 10am if you let us know in advance and depending on the availability of the property. - Late check-outs are charged at £10 per hour after 10am. - If you break something, let us know before you check-out so that we can replace it before the next guest arrives.
