The space The Aria Loft is perfectly situated in one of the most walkable locations in downtown Austin, making it an ideal choice for those looking to experience the city on foot. With two spacious bedrooms downstairs and a large loft bedroom upstairs, this condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, providing plenty of room for families or groups. Enjoy key amenities like private gated parking, complimentary high-speed WiFi, cable television, and access to a charming outdoor pool—just a few of the reasons the Aria Loft stands out. Please note that this unit is located on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator, so plan accordingly. For added convenience, you’ll have free private parking for one car, plus space for a motorcycle or scooter. However, with everything downtown just steps away, you may find it easier to take the Airport Flyer from Austin-Bergstrom International. This shuttle service runs every 30 minutes and can save you the cost and hassle of renting a car or hailing a taxi. The condo’s outdoor pool offers a refreshing break, while the lively neighborhood invites you to explore Austin’s renowned restaurants, nightlife, and cultural spots. Whether you need help with arranging tours or local transportation services, we’re here to make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Guest access As our guest, you'll have access to everything you need for a fantastic stay, including the condo itself, the entire condo complex, secured parking, and the refreshing pool area. Plus, you'll be right in the middle of all the excitement that downtown Austin has to offer. Important Note: The pool is a shared amenity within the complex, and while it's usually available, I don’t have control over its management. In the rare event that the pool is closed during your stay, I won’t be able to offer compensation. However, I’m always here to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible in other ways! At our property, we manage 28 condos within the same complex, providing an excellent opportunity to accommodate groups ranging from 100 to 200 guests. Whether you're organizing a wedding, a corporate retreat, or attending a convention center trade show, our spacious and well-equipped condos offer a comfortable and convenient stay for your entire party. Our condos are centrally located in downtown Austin, just steps away from the city's best attractions, dining, and event venues. In addition to the condos within the complex, we also manage nearby homes, ensuring we can tailor accommodations to meet the specific needs of your group. This is a smoke-free property, and smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside all units and buildings within the condominium community. Any violation of this policy will incur a $250 fine. Additionally, quiet hours are in effect from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Please be mindful of your neighbors and avoid loitering or creating excessive noise in the common areas during this time.
